Mission Statement

The SWPRA members of Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah are committed to providing assistance to peers sharing similar recruiting, retention and related challenges. The goal of the association is to create a close network of recruiters, promote professional development, and provide resources and education about recruitment and retention.

Officers and Committees

Jennifer Laughlin is a strategic healthcare recruitment leader with over 14 years of experience driving workforce planning and talent acquisition. Prior to joining CommonSpirit Health, she held leadership roles in both corporate and nonprofit healthcare, where she optimized hiring strategies and implemented data-driven workforce solutions. As Regional Director for the South at CommonSpirit Health, she leads recruitment strategies, streamlines hiring processes, and collaborates with executives to expand provider networks and enhance system-wide growth. Jennifer brings expertise in compensation strategy, process improvement, and consensus-building to drive organizational success. Beyond healthcare, Jennifer is actively involved in leadership and mentorship, serving on the Board of Advisors and Committee chair for a nonprofit organization dedicated to community engagement through martial arts and raising funds for grants for martial arts lessons.

Elaine Bradley is an accomplished healthcare recruitment leader with more than fifteen years of leadership in designing and executing national strategies for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment. As former President of Progressive Healthcare Staffing, she led large scale talent acquisition efforts and business development initiatives to deliver customized staffing solutions to complex healthcare organizations. ...
